Children, young people and their families sometimes need extra help and support to have happy, healthy and successful lives.

 

The Early Help Team is a voluntary service that aims to help provide the right support for you and your family to aid positive change. We put the family at the centre of the support from start to finish of any involvement with the service. 

 

The service focuses on:

  • talking about strengths as well as areas that could be improved
  • getting you the right help at the right time
  • bringing together a team of the right people who can help your family
  • listening to you and giving you choices.
