    As part of a Welsh Government Initiative, Coychurch Primary are collaborating with the other schools within the Pencoed Cluster to establish and understand the financial barriers to education that parents face.    We would be very grateful if you could complete the attached questionnaire so that we can get an accurate picture of some of the challenges facing our school community.   The information you provide will be anonymous and confidential.

  • Coychurch Curriculum 2022: Questionnaire

  • Fun Day!

    We had the BEST day ever on Friday!!

     

    Each class enjoyed:

    • A visit from the ice-cream van
    • Roasting marshmallows with Mr Garner
    • Bug hunting & pond dipping
    • Planting a sunflower seed
    • Decorating a wooden ornament
    • Rugby skills training with Mr Jones, Mr O'Brien and Mr Tee
    • A HUGE inflatable slide
    • Bouncy castle
    • Mini waltzer fairground ride
       

    The PTA also held a raffle with one lucky winner taking home a beautiful hamper full of treats.

     

    A donation of £150 was made to Noah's Ark Hospital Charity - we'd like to say a big thank you for your support!

  • Size of Wales

    We really enjoyed our visit from Nigel from Size of Wales, who gave a very interactive and informative presentation on the Amazon rainforest. It was an honour to have Jane Hutt, the Minister of Social Justice with us for the day too. Please find below some photos from the day.

    Congratulations to team CYNFFIG who are the Sports Day 2021 champions! We were sorry not to have our usual crowd of cheering parents with us, but the children all really enjoyed the day nonetheless.  Below are some pictures for you to enjoy!

  • Race for Life

    We were absolutely blown away by the support from our parents, extended families and members of the community for our Race for Life event.  Despite the rain, all children were able to take part and earn themselves a medal – we are so proud of them!

    Thanks to your support we raised a huge £1194.00 for Cancer Research – diolch yn fawr!
