Welcome to Coychurch Primary School!

It gives me great pleasure to introduce Coychurch (Llangrallo) Primary to you through our website. I hope it will give you a good insight and flavour of our school. If you would like to learn more and see the school in action, please do get in touch so we can arrange for you to visit.

Coychurch Primary is a small school where our family ethos creates a sense of belonging, pride in our community and a compassion for everyone in our school family. Our motto is “Only my Best is Good Enough for Me" and it is our aim for all of our children to be successful learners, so they are able to grow, develop and thrive.  

Whilst we strive for high academic achievement, success at Coychurch is about happiness, making good choices and feeling proud of yourself. To be successful all children and adults have to overcome setbacks and show resilience.  We believe that a successful lifelong learner is one who cares for others around them and is able to share resources, ideas and their knowledge with enthusiasm. 

At Coychurch Primary School, we aim to prepare our pupils to become good citizens of the future. Through our curriculum we teach pupils about the importance of values and how to celebrate diversity. 

Our school is proud to be at the heart of the Coychurch community. Our dedicated, highly motivated and friendly team of staff, governors and supportive parents care passionately about our school and the children who attend it. 

We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
